UK Mainland Delivery 

FREE Standard Delivery Available on all orders over £100 with Evri.

Our Standard Shipping with Evri is £3.49. For larger orders weighing over 2kg, standard shipping will cost £3.49 with Evri. Standard shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive after dispatch. Alternatively we offer Standard Shipping with DPD, which takes 2-5 days to arrive after dispatch, this will cost £6.99

For anything more urgent, please use our Next Day Delivery options, which are £6.49 with Evri. For larger orders weighing over 2kg, Next Day Delivery is £6.99 with Evri. Alternatively, we offer Next Day Shipping with DPD, this will cost £8.49. This applies to next working day, and you must order before 3pm for same-day dispatch. If you order after 3pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day. For example, if you order at 5pm on a Monday, your order will arrive on Wednesday.

Refund Policy

Returning or Exchanging an item

Ice Spirits Ltd will accept returns for any unused items within 14 days of receiving them. If returning items, the items must be returned to Ice Spirits Ltd in its original packaging and unopened. Customers should retain evidence of the items having been sent to Ice Spirits Ltd. No refund will be made if the items are not received by Ice Spirits Ltd and no such evidence of Ice Spirits Ltd receiving the items is available.

If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us, if however your order has already been processed you will need to return the order to us.
